• It is a racist crime that 80% of Puerto Rico still lacks electricity, 50% still without potable water!
• Demand immediate delivery of generators, fuel, water filtration, food, tarps, prefab housing!
• This basic equipment is stockpiled for every U.S. war.  But it is inaccessible when millions of people desperately need it.

Cancel the debt! Open the warehouses!
